Do you offer a trial period for your products?
Yes, we believe you should love where you sleep. We offer a 90-day trial on all our bedding and home goods. If you aren't completely satisfied, you can return your items for a full refund.
How should I care for my Snug comforter or throw?
Most of our products are machine washable for easy care. We recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat to maintain the softness of the fibers.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental U.S.
Are your materials sustainable?
We are committed to conscious manufacturing. Many of our products utilize recycled polyester and sustainable viscose from bamboo, and we are constantly working to reduce our environmental footprint.
Do you offer international shipping?
